DWD is meant for teens who have been coping with a depressed mood.  This resource helps teach a set of skill you can apply to your own life to overcome depression but it is not psychological or medical treatment and is not a replacement for treatment where needed. This resource is to explain and understand what depression is so you can understand and seek services of a medical professional.
